Allison Garner and Randall Noel were married on December 10, 2016 at the Sunset Monalisa in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
While the couple lives in Dallas, they both grew in Memphis. The Tennessee natives still, however, didn’t meet until after college. A mutual friend put them in touch while they were both in town for the holidays. After a night downtown and a kiss on Main Street, the rest was history. Randall proposed over dinner in Fort Worth, at one of their first date spots. “Randall had kept his cool all day, and I had no earthly idea what was about to happen. To my surprise, he dropped down on a knee and proposed! It was the best surprise of my life and an unforgettable night.”
Allison and Randall’s destination wedding was an incredibly intimate affair, enjoyed by their closest family and friends on the scenic coastline of Mexico. Their rehearsal dinner was held at a villa overlooking the Pacific Ocean and was filled with speeches from loved ones, as well as a beautiful toast by the groom, Randall. The outdoor ceremony, overlooking the beach, was initiated by Allison’s brother.
The raw beauty of the beach was Allison’s biggest source of inspiration for the wedding, which had a natural, bohemian feel. All of the decorative elements, from the flowers to the linens, were chosen to complement their surroundings. A neutral color palette and bunches of local white flowers and greenery were iterated throughout: from the flower crowns that the bride and maid-of-honor wore, to the ceremonial arch that looked over the ocean.
Allison graduated from the University of Alabama at Tuscaloosa and is the Executive Assistant to Athletic Director at Southern Methodist University. Randall graduated from Ole Miss and is a Vice President at JP Morgan Chase.
