The most important consideration is, perhaps, the most apparent; how will you incorporate the wedding theme into the chosen setting? It’s a planning process you’ll only be celebrating once, so making the event personalized, memorable, and unique is an experience to relish. When I help my clients, I like to concentrate on the tones of finishes and how each will reflect the mood and elevate the scene. It could be as elaborate as furnishing the room with a wealth of gold touches for glamorous punctuation, implementing the warmth of washed-and-worn wood for an infusion of earthen chic, or adding cooling silvery shades for modern sleekness. The way you accentuate the room—with a key statement-making selection or an entire vignette—is a thoughtfulness that will echo character, style, and originality.
