The Couple
Hanna is an Oklahoma State University alumni that moved to Dallas to pursue her career in marketing. Sean is a Texas Tech alumni working as a project manager for Doors, Frames and Hardware. The couple met on January 3, 2014 after an unfortunate loss for the Dallas Cowboys, where the glum football fans eased their sorrows at the British Beverage Company (their engagement shower took place here almost exactly four years later!) in Dallas. Their mutual friend Hunter introduced them to each other that night, and the rest was history!
The Proposal
The couple headed over to Meddlesome Moth, where Hanna thought they would be having a small birthday dinner for her. Once they arrived, the hostess let them into an empty room with a banner that read “Miss to Mrs.” Hanna immediately realized what was going on as Sean got down on one knee and could barely get a word as Hanna kept saying “What are you doing?!” to which Sean responded, “Will you just shut up for a minute?!”. Once she let him spit out the big question, the bartender came in with champagne and, the crowds of their family and friends came flooding in!
The Wedding
After attending over 20 weddings in the past four years together, the couple’s big day will be on April 21, 2018 at the Carlisle Room in Downtown Dallas.
